Well Being

Every individual desires a state of well being. This is not merely good physical health. There are following dimensions of well being.

1. Physical well being
a. Exercise related
b. Diet related
c. Curative medicines
2. Mental well being
a. Intellectual
b. Emotional
3. Financial or economic well being
4. Social well being
5. Spiritual well being.

Many of us have lopsided self-care. We tend to ignore one or the other dimensions. Reflect: Are you paying full attention to all the dimensions of your well being.

Our Deepest Fear

Our Deepest Fear

Our Deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light not our darkness that frightens us.

We ask ourselves "Who am I to be brilliant gorgeous, talented and fabulous?"

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates other.
